
WILD FLOUR VERMONT BAKERY offers an expansive selection of pastries and desserts. Our
repertoire is largely French yet includes many delectable choices from varying traditions. You can find many
of these items on Saturday morning at the Farmers' Market or through placing a special order. To view items

For morning pastries we offer Croissants, Danish, Brioche, and Scones, all in various forms. We make an assortment
of Fine and Rustic Tarts, Cannelé, Chausson, Sacristan and a variety of Breakfast Cakes.
We make Puff Pastries: Fresh Fruit Strips, Napoleons, Galettes, Eclairs, Religieuse, and Cream Puffs. There is
a wide assortment of Cookies, Biscuits and Bars - Sablés, Chocolate Chunk Macadamia Nut, Oatmeal Lace,
Almond Horns, Chocolate Macarons, Scottish Shortbread, Nun's Breasts, Croquet Bordelais, Chocolate Walnut
Brownies, and much more.
Our collection of cakes range from simple to elegant - some examples are: Chocolate Currant Pine Nut Torte,
Spanish Vanilla Cake, Sacher Torte, Chocolate Caramel Cake, Flourless Chocolate Almond Torte; Lemon Blueberry
Mousse Cake; and Opera Cake.
We have a wide selection of pastries, desserts and treats to choose from with new introductions and old favorites
