Almond Croissants
Almond Croissants

Flaky butter croissants are sliced lengthwise, brushed generously with rum syrup, filled with almond cream, sandwiched, spread with more almond cream, sprinkled with sliced almonds and then re-baked to a toasty brown. To serve: warm at 350°, dust with powdered sugar. Bon appétit!

Chocolate Babka

Our decadent yeast risen Babka is made with butter, eggs and milk and has abundant swirls of dark chocolate, pecans, and cinnamon with a hint of orange. It is finished generously with a crumbly streusel topping. Each lovely loaf is approximately 1.5 pound.
