Wild Flour Vermont Bakery offers an expansive selection of pastries and desserts. Our repertoire is largely French yet includes many delectable choices from varying traditions. Combining the best of local and global ingredients, we aspire to delight your palate. We use local organic cream and eggs, and King Arthur Flours from right here in Vermont. In season, we use locally grown organic produce and grow our own edible flowers for decorating. Our ingredients include Plugra butter and Valrhona, Callebaut, and Scharffen Berger Chocolates. We can taste the difference and know you will too! We have a penchant for freshness and all orders are made to ship as soon as possible. |
